Randy Kerr Randy is an instructor, host, international and award-winning photographer. He is the current host of lightcamp.tv, the owner of Bastrop County Project located in Smithville, Texas, and is the Director of Education for the Smithville Music and Film Commission.

Randy has photographed Texas and national public servants along with grand opening events such as The National Wildflower Research Center, The Bob Bullock State History Museum of Texas History, The Austin Convention Center, and many Texas families and friends.

Randy was invited to teach his global award-winning Westway Method of Photography for five years at The Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center in Austin, TX. His focus is to educate film-makers and photographers on how to achieve quality light in image capture, while exposing meaningful humanitarian topics and the environmental necessity of green living.
